Safety

The Air-Ace is originally developed for people with allergies and is therefore exclusively produced from non-allergic materials.

The head strap is adjusted the first time the Air-Ace Safety Respirator is being used with the aid of the added test plug. The red test plug is also used to perform a negative face fit test of the Air-Ace safety respirator. Click on image to enlarge.

Because of the unique patented air-channel system in the Air-Ace safety respirator the hot exhaled air is directed downwards through a large, separate vent that partly prevents your glasses from fogging and partly prevents the filter from condensating.

Because of the smart two-valve system with both an inlet- and an outlet valve the risk of condensation and heat is lowered. When using various disposable masks condensation and heat rapidly occurs and the disposable masks get uncomfortable to work with. In worst case scenario water can occur in the lungs!

The highly effective filters, type P2 (R) or P3 (R) HESPA ® ensures maximum filtering of the air inhaled. For more information see Filters.

The transparent front ensures correct change of filter because you don’t have to remove the grid of the mask to be able to see the filter.

The Air-Ace visor for eye protection from flying particles is easily attached to the Air-Ace safety respirator. For more information see Accessories.
